Loose Women Star’s Controversial Six-Word Remark About Prince William’s Appearance Sparks Outrage!
Loose Women star Kaye Adams had her fellow panellists laughing when she pointed out an unusual detail in the family photo shared by Prince William and Kate Middleton to mark Father’s Day on Sunday, 16 June.
The new snap, which was posted by Kensington Palace across social media platforms, captured a sweet moment between Prince William and his little ones, George, Charlotte, and Louis, as they all huddled together and gazed out to sea, with their backs to the camera.
Snapped by none other than Princess Kate herself, the heartwarming Father’s Day image was unveiled just hours after the Princess Of Wales made her first public appearance since December, following preventative cancer treatment.
Taken on the idyllic Norfolk coast last month, as confirmed by the Palace, the picture held extra sentimental value. In an unprecedented move, the young royals penned their own touching tribute on their family’s social media, saying: “We love you, Papa. Happy Father’s Day. G, C and L”, reports the Express.
But it was Prince William that sparked a lively conversation on Loose Women, with host Kaye Adams remarking: “Speaking of the royals, George, Charlotte and Louis shared their first social media post. It was a lovely picture with their dad, Prince William. I think that’s on a beach in Norfolk.”
Kaye couldn’t resist complimenting the Prince of Wales’ physique, playfully noting: “He’s got lovely calves hasn’t he?”.
Her comment sent the studio audience into peals of laughter, with fellow panelist Denise Welch adding her two cents: “I think you’re the only person to have said that,” prompting even more chuckles.
This isn’t the first time that Prince William’s calves have got people talking as, he caused a stir a few years ago with the 2021 annual Christmas card where he sported shorts. Admirers couldn’t help but express their delight on Instagram, with one fan writing: “Holy Calves William!”
The latest Father’s Day snap comes hot on the heels of another charming post shared by the couple, featuring a nostalgic throwback photo of William with his father, King Charles, honouring him on this special day.
Taking to the Instagram account for the Prince and Princess of Wales, William shared a snap which saw Charles standing in the garden in a grey suit as he sweetly played football with a young Prince William he looked just a few years old in dungaree shorts. “Happy Father’s Day, Pa. W,” the caption read.
