FUTURE PLANS Travis Kelce releases rare statement over his NFL future amidst retirement announcement decision

TRAVIS Kelce has released a rare statement following his Super Bowl loss.
After the Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl, all eyes are on Kelce potentially announcing his retirement.
Kelce finished his 12th professional season in the NFL this year, and teased his retirement could be coming after the Super Bowl.
He said the this season in particular had “driven him crazy.”
Kelce has already begun to set himself up for a career outside of football, and that has included a venture into Hollywood.
He was recently an executive producer on the movie My Dead Friend Zoe, and said working on it was “an incredible experience.”
In a statement to PEOPLE, he said his “hope is to continue working on meaningful projects like this – stories that entertain, inspire and make a real impact.”
Travis Kelce also recently made his acting debut in the FX show Grotesquerie and hosted the game show Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?
While Kelce has the opportunity to continue his Hollywood career, he isn’t certain that he is done with football yet.
The legendary tight end is going to take some time to discuss his retirement decision with Taylor Swift and his family.
I know everybody wants to know whether or not I’m playing next year, and right now I’m just kicking everything down the road. I’m kicking every can I can down the road,” he said on the New Heights podcast.
“I’m not making any crazy decisions [yet].
