After this, fans became convinced that she was revealing Joe Alwyn was cheating on her, something the actor never addressed until now.

The Black Dog is a pub located in Vauxhall, London, which has been getting more and more patrons each night ever since the song was released. When asked about it, the bar’s social media manager hinted that Joe Alwyn was a regular there.

“I don’t want to give too much away,” she said, before adding, “We do have a certain blond regular who frequents.“

However, according to the actor, that’s not true at all.

When asked in an interview with the Sunday Times about what he likes to do in his time off, Joe Alwyn replied “It probably looks pretty similar to yours, or anyone’s — seeing friends, traveling, going to the pub. Can I make a more boring list?”

The interviewer subtly asked about The Black Dog then, but the answer was “I’ve never been to Vauxhall.“
