Patrick Mahomes acknowledges his son Bronze’s as a future star in the making

Patrick Mahomes’ son Bronze Mahomes is already showing early signs that he could be a the next sports star to carry on the Mahomes family legacy.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback posted a video of his 1-year-old son lining up a “three-pointer” in their house, and his reaction said all you need to know about Bronze’s budding talent.

Posted the night of the NCAA men’s basketball championship game, the elder Mahomes screamed “Oh! Three!” to hype up his young hooper. In fact, Bronze barely seemed impressed at his own sharpshooting prowess, chasing the rebound while his dad cheered him on.

Patrick’s cheer of “three” may have been about the shot, but it also could have referred to his son’s name: Patrick Lavon Mahomes III. The 1-year-old goes by “Bronze” in reference to being the third of his name and to keep with the metallic family naming tradition.
